• On-going communication with board and owners
• Attendance at homeowner and board meetings
• Dues/assessment billing and collection
• Daily bank deposits
• Payment of association invoices in accordance with budget
• Monthly bank account reconciliations
• Monthly transmittal of association financials to the board
